Movactive remote management solution increases quality service for Copra's customers

Sulbiate (Milan, Italy) - The Copra Group, owned by the cooperative society bearing the same name - one of the main actors in the Italian industry of catering - has adopted the remote monitoring solution realized by Movactive - the solution provider leading the Italian m2m market - in order to improve the supervision of the its processes related to catering.

Today, Copra stays for good taste, quality and safety, following the strategy of continuous improvement: food is freshly cooked, precooked ingredients that may contain preservatives are banned, cooking methods are constantly supervised by a highly specialized staff.
Certified according to the rule ISO 9001, Copra has now optimised the scheduling of inspectors’ on-field activities, by equipping their cars with the Movactive remote management unit. Route planning has been greatly improved, catered private restaurants have been georeferenced on digitalized maps.
The logistics employers can follow inspections in real time, accessing dedicated web-pages.
Most important of all is that Copra can certify its own quality controls. Furthermore, wide statistics will provide the management with precious information to identify new possibilities of improvement
