SunElectrics entrusts Movactive to realize an m2m solution and monitor photovoltaic panels by remote

Sulbiate (Italy), 27th November – Movactive Italia, leading provider of machine-to-machine solutions, has re-alized the remote management of solar panels manufactured and distributed by Sunelectrics, a forefront company in the solar energy production.

Sunelectric will rely on sophisticated maintenance and assistance service, that will enable technicians to re-ceive alarm calls, in case of anomalous working, even before that a real breakdown occurs. Moreover, schedule of maintenance and fixing activities will be automatically generated by solar panels alert signals.

With the Movactive solution, Sunelectrics can forget statistical-based scheduling, which usually plan activities in advance – thus contributing to rise costs – or later – thus increasing the risks of breakdowns.
Integration of the remote management of either photovoltaic panels and technicians’ vehicles is the true in-novative side of the Movactive offer. Moreover the on-board device offers satellite navigation performances together with two-way communication functions. Every morning the device receives the daily working schedule, automatically processed by Movac-tive Data Centre, according to pre-set priorities such as technicians’ agenda, distance, spare parts availabil-ity, technician specific skills (= higher salaries) and more over.
